Since 2008, 100 Mistérios has been elevating Portuguese gastronomy. Starting with the JOSE
Gourmet brand, it led to the revival of canned fish, innovating without abandoning traditional techniques and opening its own factory. Faithful to authenticity, sustainability, and supporting local producers, it launched three new brands:
