The largest of the three grades sold at Zé Latas: 8 to 14 mussels per tin, placed by hand. Big meats, eaten just as they come out of the tin, on a fork or on bread. Organic mussels farmed in open water off Sagres and preserved only in the broth from the steaming, with no sauces or additives.
