PDO Alentejo Olive Oil José Gourmet has a medium-intensity flavor and a typically yellow color, sometimes more golden, sometimes greener. It carries the flavors and aromas of Cordovil de Serpa and/or Cobrançosa olives, and above all of the Galega Vulgar variety.
