The same middle grade as the hand-filled tin, 14 to 20 mussels per tin, but machine-filled: it changes how the meat is placed in the tin, not what goes into it. A size that works both for snacking and for spreading through a pasta or a rice dish. The mussels grow on ropes suspended in the Mar de Sagres, with organic certification, and go into the tin with only the broth they release when steamed.
