ABC+ is the brand of incredible innovations in the 100 Mistérios family. It is where the Portuguese tin crosses borders, with signature sauces that go from Italian Aglio e Olio to Mediterranean Virgem, from Brazilian Moqueca to Indian curry, from British Onion Relish to Choco à Algarvia.
Production runs in small batches, hand-packed, fish by fish, at the 100 Mistérios factory in Matosinhos. Species such as red mullet, cuttlefish, mussels, razor clams, corvina, and petingas serve as the base for recipes conceived as compositions, not as reissues of the classics.
International recognition is on the record: Petingas em Molho Brava was honored with the Sofi Prize 2023, awarded by the Specialty Food Association. It is the line for those seeking Portuguese tinned fish in a cosmopolitan register, without ceasing to be Portuguese.
